About the Opportunity: 
Saratech is seeking an IT Intern. The IT Intern’s role is to support the IT Administrator so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes providing end user support, customer service, and other tasks as detailed below. This is a part-time position located at our corporate headquarters in Mission Viejo, CA. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware
  • Experience with desktop operating systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • College courses and/or interest with entry level experience in IT
 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair computer systems
  • Assist and provide basic technical support to end users
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service as a first point of contact
  • Experience with PC's and LAN's
  • Must have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office 365 applications
  • Windows Server is a plus as well as knowledge of routers and firewalls
  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position

  • Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean
